How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping (7-10 business days) for orders from the continental US (48 contiguous states), but not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories.
We also have expedited DHL shipping (3-5 business days) available for an extra $25.99 to the United States.
Note: Buying expedited shipping won’t make production faster, just the shipping.
When will I receive my product?
It usually takes us 3-6 business days to get your order ready, and then the shipping time is 7-10 business days. But if you choose expedited shipping, you can expect your delivery within 3-5 business days.
Please keep in mind that production times may vary during the holidays, so it’s always a good idea to check with us if you need your order by a specific date.
Want to know when your order has shipped?
We’ll send you an email with the tracking number once your order is ready to go. Just keep in mind that customized orders can take up to 3-6 business days to process before shipping. Once you get the email, the tracking number might take up to 24-48 hours to update. And remember, delivery dates can be affected by weather or holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
You bet! We’re happy to fulfill international orders using carriers like UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and USPS, as well as 4PX Yunexpress. Production times stay the same, but shipping costs will vary based on your location. Depending on where you live, you may also need to pay customs tax in addition to the shipping cost.
Just a heads up:
If your personalized product needs to be remade, there may be a delay in your order. We only send out items that have passed our quality inspection process to ensure that you get the perfect gift.
